Maintenance Engineer II - directly employed by the homeowners association
Wage:$14.00/hr plus benefits allowance of 80% capped at $14,000/yr
Description:Responsible for tenant day to day needs, maintenance, building operation & expense control, respond to afterhours emergencies
Hours:Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Location:Downtown Salt Lake City
Education:High school graduate, some technical training or 4 years experience working with building systems, BOMI SMT Certified
Skills:Working knowledge of computer based operating systems, chillers, boilers, work any day of the week, general electrical and plumbing. respond to afterhours emergencies, understand residential concerns
Physical Requirements:Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, work in weather, and work in emergency situations
